1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JK TECH services, products, or platforms — including GoKushield AI and JK TECH AI Institute — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Services

JK TECH provides enterprise technology solutions, consulting services, and AI platforms. Services are delivered according to agreed statements of work and service level agreements. All deliverables are subject to defined acceptance criteria and audit requirements.

3. GoKushield AI Platform

Use of GoKushield AI is subject to the following conditions:

  • One free security audit per company domain
  • Audit results are immutable and cannot be modified after generation
  • Users must provide accurate domain information
  • Results are for informational purposes; remediation decisions rest with the organization
  • JK TECH does not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be detected

4. AI Institute Platform

Use of JK TECH AI Institute is subject to:

  • Payment-gated access to premium content and certification
  • Certificates are tied to verifiable completion of required coursework
  • No fraudulent account creation or certificate misrepresentation
  • Content is proprietary to JK TECH and may not be reproduced or distributed

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in JK TECH products, platforms, and services remain with JK TECH unless explicitly transferred through signed written agreement. Client-specific work products are delivered according to agreed contract terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

JK TECH's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and as specified in individual service agreements. We maintain appropriate professional liability insurance and follow industry best practices for risk management.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary information. All client data is protected according to enterprise security protocols, compliance requirements, and signed confidentiality agreements.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration where required.
